Declaration
The Declaration must be made by entrants or their nominator:
Individual entrants and groups must be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident, and resident of the State of Victoria.
The decisions of the judges is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
The prize category will be awarded according to its specified criteria to one winning finalist. No Prize and no Prize funds will be awarded jointly to or shared between finalists.
An entrant or finalist may not contact a judge or judges during the competition.
The Melbourne Prize Trust reserves the right to not allocate the prize and award categories.
Work submitted for all categories must be of a living sculptor/artist.
Entrants must notify the Trust of any conflicts of interest with the 2023 judges, partners or patrons. No conflicts of interest by an entrant is permitted.
